Step 1: Applying

Have you found an interesting vacancy? You can apply right away! Simply click on the vacancy,
select “Apply”, and upload your CV. In your motivation letter, you can introduce yourself and
tell us what motivates you to work with us. We work fully digitally, so we can process your
details quickly and securely.



 

Step 2: Application review & screening

Our recruiter and your (potential) future manager carefully review all incoming applications and select the candidates who best match the open roles.
Selected candidates are invited for a short online Microsoft Teams meeting as an initial screening. You will receive feedback on your application within one week.


 

Step 3: First interview

We will contact you by phone to schedule a suitable date and time for the next step. In most
cases, you’ll meet with your (potential) future manager at one of our locations. This is your
opportunity to share your motivation and ask questions about the role and working at Numidia.
And don’t worry, feeling a bit nervous is perfectly normal. It simply shows that this opportunity
matters to you.


 

Step 4: Assessment

After the first interview, selected candidates are invited to complete a short assessment. This assessment is fully digital and takes approximately 15 minutes.


 

Step 5: Second interview

Candidates who move forward in the process are invited for a second interview to further explore
the match and dive deeper into the role and team at Numidia.


 

Step 6: On-the-job experience

To really experience what it’s like to work at Numidia, selected candidates are invited to spend two hours on the team they applied for. This on-the-job experience gives you a genuine feel for the role, the people and our way of working at Numidia.


 

Step 7: Job offer

When it's a match, we’re happy to make you an offer. We’ll discuss the details together and look
ahead to get you started at Numidia. A new chapter, ready to begin.


 

Step 8: Onboarding

We make sure you feel at home from day one. Our onboarding program is designed to give you a smooth start, introduce you to the people and culture, and help you quickly find your way at Numidia. Ready to get started, together.
